A dedicated supervisory team is available to support the educational and professional process throughout the implementation of the fellowships.

Mission of the Supervisory Staff

The supervisory team is responsible for providing academic and technical guidance to:

  • Facilitate the implementation of the fellowship training programs.

  • Enhance effective communication between trainers and participants.

  • Ensure quality control of the educational process and adherence to professional and academic standards.

Policy for Communication with Trainers

  • Participants must follow the instruction provided by trainers within the program and submit any inquiries via the official messaging system.

  • Trainers are required to respond to inquiries within a maximum of 72 hours.

  • Communication with trainers outside the program framework is prohibited; violations may result in suspension or cancellation of registration according to approved regulations.

  • Questions must be limited to the program content and its scope only.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Supervisory Staff

Role Responsibilities
Supervisory Director General supervision of program implementation, guidance of trainers and participants, monitoring academic and training performance, and evaluating outcomes.
Technical Support Officer Monitor and resolve issues faced by participants, coordinate with trainers and participants, and provide the necessary academic and technical support.
General Coordinator Develop operational strategies for trainers and training programs, ensuring organized schedules and activities.
Training Consultant Design fellowship training plans, develop training programs, and define operational strategies for trainers and participants.
Quality Assurance Officer Oversee program quality assurance processes, monitor compliance with academic and professional standards, and implement preventive measures as needed.
Reporting Officer Prepare impact assessment reports, evaluate trainer and participant satisfaction, and provide recommendations to improve program performance.
